I have lived in Los Angeles for over 13 years. I have least a handful of times and I can say without a doubt that I am 1000% happy with the decision I made With Kevin Smith on the property he was showing. It’s beautiful, quiet, and has amazing energy. And on top of that, Kevin was extremely kind, thorough, caring, literally got our lease signed, sealed, and delivered within 36 hours.
