I can’t adequately express the professionalism, thoughtfulness, kindness, and integrity that this individual consistently demonstrates. Whenever there's a maintenance issue, I would always prefer this person to reach out and follow up on my work orders, as they have always done. If there were a rating system to reflect my respect for them, it would be a perfect 10 out of 10. Thank you, Wayne Kinney, for consistently going above and beyond with every request I’ve made. Mrs. Nyeemah Bey was extremely helpful and courteous, she helped with all of our needs and questions. She really helped us and didn’t hesitate when we asked questions. I would recommend her to anyone especially the elderly because she was very patient and supportive. We thank her for all she has done!!!

Nyeemah works at the front desk and was really nice, even made a couple of jokes to make me laugh during the process of me signing my paperwork. The process was a little rocky at first due to the original home I was approved for was no longer available so I had to keep watch of another property but the ladies in the office was on it. I was able to communicate with them on the phone and through email. It’s always not hard to get in touch with someone. I did have to put in a maintenance request and they got on it right away! Thank you

I been renting with KPDD for over 10 years. I have been able to get quick communication on all levels with this company. The property I lived in was a very pleasant area. The office staff and especially Ms. Nyeemah always showed concerned and gave vital information for every situation and issue I had. The maintenance team were always finding a way to come at a reasonable time to solve any maintenance issue that I may had. Great company to rent from. I didn’t have the best experience initially when coming in to talk to a lady by the name of leah. However A lady by the name of Na’eema came to save the day, she was absolutely amazing and had the best attitude I’ve encountered in Customer service in quite awhile. She went above and beyond to hear me out and to make sure my concerns were acknowledged and to help me get the answers I needed. I truly appreciate her. No issues with the company as a whole, it’s a good place to rent from.

Neenah Bay at Kennon, Parker, Duncan, and Davis, did an excellent job of going above and beyond in helping me secure my rental choice. Ms. Bay was very attentive and genuine. When I asked her questions, she was not rude and she was patient with me. The customer service I received from her was so awesome and I would be glad to refer my friends and family for their housing needs.

KPDD is a great rental company. Like most companies no one is perfect. However, their staff will get the job done! I had to move out of one property by 7.20.24 and into the new one, which indicated would have been ready by 7.15.24. Of course, I was diligently checking in to ensure this move would transition smoothly. Initially, it did not look so great, as the leasing agent assigned to me was slacking and did not follow up with me for a smooth transition, as her instructions were to do so.
However, every step of the way and every call to these ladies Leah- (working with the property manager of the new home), Nyeemah, and Mariele, all assured me (of course with God's grace and blessings) that the property would be ready by the time I needed to move in, although it would be a close call.
I said all this to say, that this team of ladies will ensure that you are taken care of and have been one of their best teams yet as it relates to customer services, and making sure their customers are supported and taken care of. I won't forget Ms. Melanie's smiling face assisting as well! Awesome job ladies!
