Where do I begin…I moved to Opelika from Washington state in October and almost immediately began working with Kelly. Kelly was the consummate professional from start to finish. Kelly’s expertise and local knowledge were essential to us in the search for our Auburn home. She either had, or knew how to find, answers to all our questions. By genuinely listening to our preferences and needs, Kelly was able to offer thoughtful guidance for making good decisions at every step in the process--from choosing property features and location, to negotiating a price, to arranging for inspections and closing procedures. Kelly is generous with her time. She answers her phone and returns texts and emails promptly. Trying to buy a home from out-of-state was a challenge for us, but Kelly accommodated our schedule when we were able to be in Alabama, even during the week of Thanksgiving. It’s more than three years since our move and Kelly is still our first call when we need home-related advice. We were, and continue to be, in good hands with Kelly and we can’t thank her enough!
