I contacted Tracy Tofanelli from Keller Williams Suburban Realty by phone because she installed a permanent sign "For rent" on common ground in our community. Community by-laws in NJ strictly prohibits such permanent signs. She made a story over the phone that the Board let her put the sign but at the end agreed to remove it.
After this call I approached the Board and realised that it was not true. This was a lie. The Board didn't authorise her to violate our by-laws.
It's sad that an experienced real estate professional pretends she doesn't know simple rules. I personally was hurt by the fact that she tried to trick me. I'm an immigrant and have an accent so she was thinking I would buy such nonsense she gave me over the phone. A week after my call to her, the sign was still there. How can the agent be such an unprofessional and unethical person?

Sabahat Laeeq & Rachel Rujia Di along with their clients discriminated against me because of my disability. It’s very unfortunate that a realtor would engage in breaking fair housing laws so blatantly. I even told her that what they were doing was against the law and she said it basically wasn’t her problem. I also reported this to the broker/owner Steven Gendel & he brushed me off as well.

Aweful customer service...wish I could give a 0. Once the house sold, the realtor moves on, doesnt return your calls or help with anything. So many things went wrong with the closing and our realtor was not there at all for us. The realtor was actually part of the problem not part of the solution. And when I called the office and spoke to the owner about the realtor I was told that she was their top seller. I guess that's why they protect her it's all about money. Do not use this real estate agency. Find one that will be there to help you.

We bought our first home together and we used Keller Williams Suburban Realty. The home was listed by Robert Zebaida but we were already using Steven Gendel from the same office. The 2 agents worked together seamlessly and considering my home was a short sale, our experience could not have gone smoother if we had asked for it to. The short sale negotiator out of California was so difficult to work with but the 2 agents at KW in Livingston made what could have been an awful experience, into the shortest contract to close (less then 2 months) and made our dream home a reality! Since then I have recommended 5 friends to different agents at KWSR and they too have had wonderful experiences!!
