Brain Pfeffer is one of the best realtor I have ever met. I am a first time home buyer and could not have done it without him. I had many obstacles to overcome. He was right there by my side. When the chips were down and I was ready to give up, he worked harder to find me the right place.
Brian walked me through the whole process and went above and beyond. Now it's been a month in my new home, my happy place and that is because of Brain. Saying thank you is not enough!, but for now THANK YOU!

We met with Pamela about a year prior to pulling the plug on selling our home. She was very professional shared her opinions and enthusiasm about selling our home. She never pushed us in any way. When we finally thought that we were ready to list our home we contacted Pamela and met with her and Harold shortly thereafter. Together they provided a market analysis and suggested a selling strategy. Within less then a week she had our home professionally photographed and listed in 5 days. Their strategy worked perfectly and we had an amazing open house weekend which resulted in over 20 over asking price offers on our home.
They were instrumental throughout the closing process. We would highly recommend Pamela and her team to anyone interested in a no pressure highly professional real estate experience.

Regarding the KW in Morganville, NJ. They solicited my business, not knowing anything about my area and then priced my home without doing research (violation of Article 11 of the Ethics Code). The Move with Merritt group was HORRIBLE. After 2.5 months of their lackluster marketing I asked for my listing contract to be cancelled. (My fault I signed it for 6 months!) They refused. One of the brokers called me and threatened my with a lien if I try to cancel and then told me I "know nothing about marketing". They are awful to deal with, took down my listing, and refused to let me out of the listing. They basically held my home hostage. They told me the price, not asked and probably did no comparative analysis of pricing of other homes in my area. I didn't even get an offer- out of 25 showings. Don't do it.

Team Russ at Keller Williams Realty of West Monmouth, consisting of Adam, Diana, Meaghan and Ann are absolutely fantastic to work with. They helped my sister and me to purchase a home and then they helped us sell our individuals homes after that as well. They did all of the leg work and made the buying and selling experience one we will always remember. Adam and his team, especially Meaghan was always available for texts, phone calls and emails. Diana does a fantastic job with staging of the home and getting great photography done for the sales brochures and her write-ups on the properties are so descriptive and genuine. We would be gotten back in touch with almost immediately. If they didn’t know the answer to something, they would find the answer for you. They helped with the entire process and all the steps along the way. They have people in their “pool” to do inspections, painting, handyman work, moving, junk guys, etc. If you need something fixed or done, they have someone to do it. I know other people who have moved or are in the process now and they have to do so much more for themselves in the process. Adam’s team just made life easier during such a stressful time. I would recommend them to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.

Pamela is hard-working, conscientious and dedicated to her clients. She helped us find a new home in the Brick Township area in New Jersey. The house had multiple offers but her genuine advice let us to WIN a bidding war. In addition, she connected us with a great mortgage team and lawyer. She truly cares about every aspect of your home buying and selling needs!! I highly recommend her to all my friends and family!!!
