Maria Nova was the local realtor who referred us to a marvelous realtor for an out of the area trustee sale with multiple trustees. She handled the intermediary tasks gracefully with a combination of shrewd knowledge and humor to defuse potentially confusing/stressful situations.

Jaimey will fight ruthlessly to make sure every aspect of the escrow benefits you.

My experience with Jaimey was a crazy escrow (none of it was her fault) that she always negotiated to my benefit with difficult sellers. Part of the craziness was the home I was selling in my old town with a different agent, she helped get that sold too. At the end of Escrow I paid $30,000 less than the original agreed upon price. A year after the sale Jaimey still was providing excellent Customer Service, and got my home insurance deductible reimbursed to me by a company that did faulty work as a contract repair in the sale. Jaimey was not my first real estate agent, but she will definitley be the first I go to of I buy again, and should be the first anyone buying or selling in North County goes too!
