I can't think of too many negatives about this office. The agents in this office are very educated compared to another Keller Williams office I've been to. There are some questionable actions and it can seem unprofessional at times but the broker and office managers are great and easy to work with.

The most unethical, rude and absolutely unprofessional people. Avoid at all costs. They do not understand the "management" part in property management and will rip you off wherever they can. People like this shouldn't have power over other people's livelihood.

Let me start by saying, I do not leave reviews unless I truly am impressed by a company, company employee, etc. or if I am extremely disappointed. In this case, it is beyond disappointment and I am truly in awe at how terrible this company is, Angie Lauters specifically / management overall. 1st, they do not answer their phones, try calling now! I called them for 3 days straight with an inquiry, pressing every option available, even got to the point where the directory has listed names and I attempted random extensions to try to get through, absolutely nothing. Several voicemails had been left with no response. Give it a try yourself! It gets amusing and baffling once you realize this is how they run the rest of their company.

Though I have had several issues with them, Angie has made every interaction absolutely awful. I live 45 minutes out from their location, and since they don't answer phones, anytime I need to talk with them I need to go in, and when I do Angie refuses to come out of her office, though she is my assigned agent. The receptionist will say that she is not there however her office/ where she sits is in plain site from the front lobby! I have drove 45 minutes out every single time I need to talk with them to have her refuse to come out. She is truly one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with, Customer service at Walmart puts her to shame.

Recently I received a 60 day notice signed by Angie - I reached out to get more information, see what the process was for leaving sooner than the 60 days, etc. and she said that no such notice existed- making me realize that they don't keep records either. It is truly mind blowing that this woman holds a position that deals with customers, clients, contracts, paperwork, etc.

My advice to you, DO NOT, pursue a contract with this company, Angie specifically. I urge you, if you find a home/apartment listed through this company, request a different "Verified Asset Manager" because I truly don't wish anyone to have to deal with the issues/confusion/ flat out unprofessionalism of this woman / the frustrations of the company overall. I wish I had been warned.

Another group of jerks who spam call my personal phone number lying saying that my tax records are public information...the mortgage contract I signed pays my mortgage, why aren't they harassing my mortgage company? These people are lying cowards who harass people!
