I went to an open house and loved the house. I put an offer in that was 10,000 lower than the asking price. It was a little higher than one of the real estate sites estimated value a just a bit lower than another. I got pre-approved and have no contingencies. The owner rejected. Ok .. move on. That didn't happen after having 3 more Open houses the the agent asked me to offer again, I did and the seller rejected. Enough for me. I told the agent I'll probably just put an offer I on another home. She wanted the commission on that. I said no, you didn't show me that home. She never showed me any home. She was just there at the Open house. She texted me several times that night until after 8pm about loyalty and relationships. But she never showed me a single home or even recommended one.

The next morning I contacted the selling agent just to make sure she received my final offer. I received a call soon after from an agent pretending not to know who I was and was offering to find me a home. I told her all about the house I had put the offer in on with the address. I got another call and told her I would call her back. When I did I noticed the name on the caller Id was the selling agent. I don't know what these agents are up to but it all feels like a scam to me. I let her know nicely that I didn't feel I could trust her and wouldn't do business with her. She contacted me twice after that.

Today, the first agent contacted me again just to tell me they still won't accept my offer. I took all offers off the table days ago.
This has been nothing less than crazy.

After finally deciding to buy a home in the shore area of Brick, we thought we could do it on our own. We went to multiple open houses and nothing fit. I contracted James Ward for the sale of my condo in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. My condo was on sale several times before with no success.
