So I did an inquiry on Zillow- no answer, so called the agent’s cell which I got from the listing left two vms -no answer, I called the main office left a message on their vm no answer, I called again the next day and spoke to somone, left another message- no answer from the agent. The agent spoke to my realtor that same day and said we could tour but there was a tenant, they had a schedule that we needed to work around- no problem and said it wasn’t being used as an investment property and the tenant could move-out at any time. She never gave us a time for the tour. Waiting three days, called the main office back and spoke to the same person from Tuesday and her response was well you don’t know what’s going on in the realtor’s life that she didn’t get back to you. I worked in property management and a realtor’s office before a lead shouldn’t have to track you down for information or a tour. Just for the agent to turn around and say a family friend had to move into the unit and now it is an investor only property and she gets so many calls a day she didn’t remember telling my agent a completely different story. This process and experience has been an awful start to my journey of buying my 1st home.

This office location and establishments is very much UNPROFESSIONAL agents need more training or a better profession. I’ve been through 2 agents within in this firm since March and i definitely haven’t had any luck ( STILL SEARCHING ). If you want an agent that’s actually going to take the time out and help you look elsewhere this is not the place -0 OUT OF 10 STARS
