I am writing to express my disappointment with the team working on the West Side. It has come to my attention that they do not honor their commitments and show a lack of concern for their clients. Despite having signed contracts, they continue to search for other buyers instead of closing deals as promised.

This behavior demonstrates a lack of seriousness and professionalism. I strongly recommend looking for a more reliable and dedicated team to handle your investments.

As others had expressed, this real estate company and their agents lacks of integrity. Untrustworthy Realtor. Working with Tanya Rivera was a nightmare from start to finish. She never had our best interests in mind and constantly pressured us with the tale of having lots of client offering full price for the house. It was obvious her priority was making extra money. When we raised concerns or asked questions she sounds like holding information or did not know the answer. She also lied to us, claiming that the house was to be closing offers by the end of the week, and three weeks later the house was still open on the market. KW Puerto Rico with the same wrong doing as in the US market, no wonder consumer affairs is being flooded of complaints.

Absolutely fantastic experience with KW PR. Despite the sellers being horrendous and borderline thieves (selling home as fully furnished "as is" less a short list of personal items and then delaying closing to hold a yard sale) both the sellers agent and our agent were professional responsive and understanding to our frustrations and issues.

By far the worst transaction I have ever dealt with because of the sellers themselves. The house sold at above appraisal and quickly because of the amazing agents at KW.

I wanted to express some concerns I’ve encountered regarding KW. It appears that there’s a preference for clients not to have their own legal representation, and an insistence on exclusively working with their team. This has raised questions about transparency and client autonomy in the process.

Additionally, I’ve observed instances where efforts seem to have been made to compel clients out of contracts through unconventional means, which is unsettling and raises doubts about the integrity of the process.

Please be aware that this real estate company may not always prioritize the best interests of their clients.

Magda Rodriguez with Keller Williams Grand Homes was our realtor. She suggested that we use her preferred home inspector before our purchase. The inspector said there was nothing wrong with our home. He said there were no leaks. There were 6 leaks. There were multiple water valves that were turned off due to leaking. He didn't mention any plumbing issues. We had multiple issues. He said he tested the water heater and it was fully functional. The water heater was never connected to any power source to test it. It was a propane heater and there was no propane, plus the line was cut which means it was inoperable. Straight lies. There was no mention of the dishwasher being inoperable. He clearly was on Magda Rodriguez's team to lie about this inspection to make a quick sale. Magda told our sellers that we were only going to bein in town for one day so if we made an offer it would be in their best interest to take it. Which they did. We were in town for 5 weeks, not 1 day. This false, fake inspection cost us thousands of dollars to fix the issues. No wonder Magda wanted to use her personal, preferred inspector....so he could lie and she could make a quick sale.
