So unprofessional and rude. My friends and I were scammed into renting a house in a horrible section of Asbury Park. The listing was advertised as "family friendly" and the address was hidden. We just found out the street this house is on has reports of drive-by shootings, stabbings, and gang activity. Victor refused to give me and my friends a refund. We're now forcing ourselves to go because we need a place to stay in Asbury - but we are genuinely terrified. Do NOT work with these people.

Avoid working with Luis A. Muniz, worst realtor I have ever worked with. Destroyed my chance at a great potential apartment. Was incompetent to send me the application until a WEEK after I saw the apartment, mind you I told him on the spot that me and my SO were very interested and wanted to apply asap. Kept running around the request for days on end. Took me numerous times to get him to finally send it or even answer a simple question. Kept saying he'd send it the next day but never did. Poor communication, very unprofessional. Gave me no updates on anything and on top of that gave no clear directions on what was required in the application or what the owner was looking for. He completely wasted my time. Then when confronted about it he stated that all other applicants were provided with the same equal process yet he told me too that alot of them provided numerous additional documents that werent even required or mentioned on the actual application that probably helped them land an interview at least with the owner. He made it seem like I was far in the final decision when I most likely was not even close. But I guess i'll never know the truth because he's a liar most likely too. What a true crook realtor.

Ron Cohen is the agent you want to use if you are buying a home anywhere in Teaneck, but especially in the South of Cedar neighborhood.  For buyers, Ron knows everyone.  He knows who is getting ready to list before they hit the market.  He can show you off market deals before anyone knows where to look for them.  For sellers, Ron has a ton of buyers looking to him to find a home.  His style is blunt and honest.  He will tell you what you need to know at every stop of the process.

If there were zero stars, or negative stars, I would most certainly give it. My partner and I attempted to use an agent from this company and ended up doing all the work ourselves. Not only did we end up having to find our own listings, we were treated like idiots by an immature 20 something who very obviously had no real estate or local experience (as evidenced by the fact that he got LOST meeting us on our way to the one listing he found for us). We found a much better agent by chance just through reaching out about a Zillow listing and, unlike the agent at KW reality, she was happy to sit down and actually help us search for the apartments we had come 3 and a half hours to view.
