I had an apt at 139 Roseland Ave, Caldwell, NJ at 5:00pm. Sharon Bullock is the person I made the apt with. I drove 2.5hrs from Long Island, NY to see this location. At 4pm I had the foresight to text her to tell her I’m going to be there at 5:30pm and I asked her if that’s okay and she said it was fine. It’s now past 6pm and this agent is still not here. I was considerate of her time to text her and tell her I’ll be here at 5:30pm. She didn’t even have the same courtesy to let me know she was going to be late or what time to meet her there. I waited until 6:15pm and I left.

@the owner of 139 Roseland Ave, Caldwell, NJ. Most realtors would kill to get a listing that is priced at $1 million dollars. Do yourself a favor and hire an agent that will value your listing and show up to apts on time.

Karen Logan is the best Realtor. From the first time we reached out to Karen, she answered immediately and from there on out she was very responsive. She was a true professional. During negotiations we always felt like Karen had our best interest in mind. What other realtors could not get done in years, Karen got done in a month. We can’t speak highly enough of Karen as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest and good with people. As first-time home buyers we had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for Karen! Ryan McNulty was the best agent we could have hoped for. I had talked to him long before we were really ready to buy a house and even then he offered his time and advice, explaining things and answering the million questions we had. Once we were finally ready Ryan was motivated, energetic, and unrelenting in finding the house that met all of our very specific criteria. Would have given up halfway through the 30+ houses we saw if it weren’t for him. From the start to closing day Ryan was always available to answer questions and was quick to schedule a showing which is critical these days. He is super knowledgeable in the whole process. We highly recommend Ryan McNulty for everyone’s real estate needs!

Never will I ever attempt to do business with this company as long as there is an "agent" named Debbie Lansing working there. To say the least, she is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. After requested information was sent to her, her email states that she will be in contact to schedule a viewing- NEVER HAPPENED. I even said I already saw some pictures online and wanted to secure my spot. I called and texted off both of my phones. No response. I finally get a simple text "apt rented" with no explanation- (WHAT) I kindly asked her how was that if you never reached out to me to schedule a viewing. Long story short, she feels like I have no right to be mad because "I didn't reach out"?!? Oh and that I should focus my energy on searching for Apt's.... smh... last but not least, not knowing anything about me, says the apt is really small and I probably wouldn't like it for 3 people. What she didn't know is 2 people was a couple and the other was my sister- so tell me how that wouldn't work? Oh but over the phone she was saying how big the bedrooms are. Never once did she attempt to reach out in person to schedule an application meeting- but tells me someone with a perfect 700 credit score got the house. Anyone can lie via email and tell you their credit score. All in all- she was rude, disrespectful, dishonest and utterly unprofessional and I would never recommend this company. And if you think my accusations are false, I have emails, texts and call logs as to how much I have been trying to reach her.

The building itself was a bit tricky getting into, but once inside, the office space is warm and welcoming. I felt very much at ease for this particular interview. Hoping for good news in a few days 💪💪
