I had to let the office now that I am very grateful for them maintaining a traditional approval process. Most property management companies use a AI computer generated systems to approve your app. I spent 1000$ plus dollars applying and getting denied. I was discouraged and did not even want to inquire about this property. You were my last effort before giving up🥹🥹🥹. This was a seriously stressful time with my family loosing our patriarch and I needed to relocate fast. Noor and Courtney firm and swiftly walked me thru the process with the help of office staff. Courtney was actually under the weather working with me. In the end I was approved and processed within a week🥰.

Shady business under contract to purchase home in November and out of nowhere and inspection report shows up In December stating water and electrical were damage. Report was from October. I would not be able to get a certificate of occupancy. So I canceled my contract. They are keeping my earnest money saying I cancel to late. Had I had access to this report I would have never put an offer in.Slow to respond. I would never do business with them.

Megan was so helpful and patient throughout our home buying process. She was wonderful at pointing out potential issues when walking through houses and was always quick to respond. If we ever need to buy again in this area, we would definitely contact Megan.

Absolutely horrible experience. My son set up a meeting for a property they had for rent and was told he was the first person to inquire about it. Set up a meeting that Tuesday. This was on Saturday. First thing...the agent was late. Second thing, the tenants were there. Third thing, was told that they would have to reschedule. I asked the agent if she would make sure he would be first on the list since it was their fault that he didn't get to see it. She expressed that yes he would. Called to schedule another viewing and was told the agent over that property was out of town and would be back today. He called today and scheduled a viewing for Wednesday. Then immediately got a text back! Please see attachment. Do these people not communicate?! If that was possible to do, why wasn't he informed of that through all of the phone conversations?! How come she didn't make sure that no one else had been spoken to about the property? Why come no one expressed to her the issue with my son so they could make it right? Maybe they did and the manager just didn't care. A lot of time was wasted.

My husband and I worked with Becky Crow to purchase our forever home this year. We met her at an open house for a listing over the summer, and were instantly impressed with how personable and knowledgeable she was. When we were ready to see more houses, we knew exactly who to contact. Becky guided us through the process of finding our home in a seller’s market and through several offers. In the end, we found and purchased the one for us, and we have Becky to thank! She answered every question we had in a timely manner and maneuvered our concerns with grace. We could not recommend Becky more!

This was by far the worst experience we have had. Agent was non-responsive, conducted business on our behalf contrary to our legal contract without our knowledge or agreement and all around poor knowledge of the process. Would not recommend them. Go with any other realtor.

The agents in this office provided poor advisement and contract preparation that opened up myself and the buyer of my home to a large property tax dispute 6 months after our sale, that we were fortunate enough to resolve quickly ourselves. I hired an agent out of this office because they sold a house on my street identical to mine, thinking they would do a good job. I was wrong.

Firstly, my agent did not recommend gap coverage when I received an above list price offer on my home. They felt certain it would appraise. I trusted them since, again, they sold a house identical to mine a few months prior. It did not appraise to the offer value and instead it appraised almost $7,500 lower than the offer. Since I was in a significant time crunch to move for my job, I had no choice but to move forward with the sale.

Next, the agents and self-selected title agency used an awful method to pro-rate property taxes credited for the buyer. At the time of closing I was not aware of the problem this would cause and assumed their calculations were appropriate. Six months down the road after the title agency emails me to inform me about a dispute and one of the agents at the KW office tells me that they used the only available tax bill for the home from 2020 which did not include the actual home since it was a new construction. This made the property tax of the home appear artificially lower than it should be. Keep in mind these are cookie cutter houses and several on my street had been around for a couple years. This means they should have used a more appropriate one of the neighboring homes tax bills to help properly pro-rate mine. This was not communicated to myself or the buyer at closing, that we may be opened up to a dispute we would have to resolve ourselves in case their was a grievance related to property tax. My agent and the buyers agent work in this same office, so I don’t buy any kind of miscommunication excuses they care to come up with.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the advisement and execution of my home sale with this Keller Williams office and agents. I suggest anyone looking for professional advisement and assistance with their home sale look elsewhere, this office will do a poor job and hang you out to dry.
