Lana Primes Ganzales who is a friend of mine of facebook posted this about this realtor.. NOT trust this company, W.A. Services in Delta. My deceased father’s house is in Delta. I live in Wisconsin. I hired Kyle Alward to cut the lawn in Delta. I paid him $175 via PayPal for his service. Because it was a business and not a personal friend, PP deducted a $6 fee. Kyle was upset about the fee and bullied me into paying him as a friend instead to avoid the fee. He threatened to put a lien on my father’s house if I didn’t. So, he got payment without the fee. PP took out $1,750 instead of $175. Kyle is refusing to give back the extra money that was sent and therefore flat out STOLE it! The Delta PD has a report on this. He’s also a real estate agent for Keller Williams in Grand Junction. This guy will steal from you. Very dishonest and truly a snake. The Colorado board of Realtors will also be made aware of his unethical behavior.
