It is obvious Kay loves her job. She shows up early for showings to ensure that your home is prepared and ready for potential buyers to preview. She is strategic and thoughtful in her negotiations and thorough in her review of the contract and amendments. She also has a great eye for design and staging. Once our property sold, she helped us find a rental for our transition. She was conscientious start to finish. We would use her again and highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
