Five stars just aren't enough for Katora. We had been casually looking for a home at the beach on our own for over a year, attending open houses and driving by potential houses. But then….we finally found a house in which we were truly interested. We didn’t have a realtor and happened upon Katora through the friend of a friend. At her core, she is a very kind and friendly person and we felt at ease with her straight away. We ended up putting an offer on that house and to our delight went under contract. However, what we thought would be a simple real estate transaction turned out to have several challenges. Katora navigated each issue professionally and pragmatically. At long last, 4.5 months after we initially went under contract, we are the owners of that first house we saw with Katora. I can’t say we would even have this home had it not been for her vast experience in the real estate profession, and her grace and professionalism throughout the process. I’ve come out of the experience with a deep appreciation and gratitude for not only her knowledge but also her character. There’s a special place above for her, I’m sure of it.

There are many competent realtors in the area but I would recommend Katora a million times over because you just never know what will happen during the purchase or sale of a home. Her extensive experience will certainly help you navigate through whatever may come your way.
