We had the pleasure of working with Scott Kato in selling our home and from start to finish Scott and his team exceeded all expectations. They made the process so easy with their tech forward process that the most we had to do was docu-sign paperwork and clean our home. He and his team were so incredibly responsive, strategic, and professional that our home sold for more than asking. They have the entire process figured out from hiring the right photographer for marketing to negotiating with buyers all the way to answering our many many questions on the spot. Since my first contact with Scott Kato back in January 2022 regarding my home I have had an honest and sincere experience. Scott worked with me as a not just as client, but as an actual person which instantly gained my trust. I was not the easiest client, but he stuck by me and successfully sold me home when I reached out to him again in March of 2023 when I chose to sell. He helped facilitate vendors for repairs and went above and beyond! Scott and Micheal responded quickly through group text while the home was in escrow and was always willing to answer questions. They were liking working with family and I felt they had my best interest in mind through the entire experience! 20/10 would recommend:D

I was condo shopping in this crazy market with Dennis Cid for about 5 months. We spent many days looking at multiple places driving all over the place and let me be the first to say I was very picky. My favorite thing about Dennis is when I would send him a listing he never once questioned it or gave his opinion about the property mind you ive been stringing him along for months. His attitude on the first day or the 150th remained absolutly consistent and professional. He would only say lets go we have an appointment. He had the attitude of let the buyer buy and lets see as many properties as you would like until you say this is the one and in this market I thought a few where the one. Even though I knew at times he was juggling many of his responbilities both professionally and personally he always made time for me and my small windows of time to see places. Thanks Dennis and Kato Group I love my first property in Sunset Beach!

March 2022: We could not recommend Scott Kato and his team enough! When work transitioned to 100% remote we decided to sell and move closer to family. We have worked with Scott and his team previously when searching for rentals in 2014 and 2017 and purchasing in 2019, so there was no doubt in our mind we would work with them again.
