Kathy is the consummate real estate professional. She is an expert on the Sonoma Valley market, knows her way through the escrow process and is a great communicator keeping you, as her client, in the loop every step of the way. Kathleen Leonard did an outstanding job selling my mother’s townhouse in Sonoma County. Kathy is a true professional, and made all the right decisions along the way. She assembled a great team to organize and move items out of the house, clean up, stage the house for sale, and create a strong marketing program. Kathy provided in-depth analysis that helped us to price the house correctly. While your mileage may vary, we received two offers within the first two weeks, and then closed escrow a week earlier than scheduled. Kathy is easy (and fun) to work with, and knows Sonoma Greens and the broader Sonoma Valley very well. I would unhesitatingly recommend Kathy as a realtor.
