Absolutely horrible management. Told me they could do nothing to help prevent issue.

I have had to call the police on 4 separate occasions because of trespassers (at times with weapons) looking through my windows to my home! I asked for fence or something to protect windows for break-in. Was not given any solutions.

Not family friendly properties.

I can't say enough good about Karpe Real Estate! They were our saving grace when a different real estate company misled us and put us in a bind. From the moment I called and spoke to Liz regarding a property listing through them she was very professional and attentive to our needs. She knew we had very short time to be out of our current residence since the previous company We were going to do business through misled us and at the very last minute said they wouldn't rent the property to us. We were able to go view the properly immediately and start the application process. They even called the owner of the property while we were still there to make sure she was ok with us having a dog before we even submitted our applications. Liz said she would start on our application right away, so we could have an answer by tomorrow and let me tell you she did exactly that! Within an hour of leaving their office our property manager for our current residence called to let us know he was already contacted by Liz. We were contacted by Liz that very same day and found out we were approved! I am seriously so impressed on how professional and genuinely caring Liz was towards our situation. I will definitely continue to do business with Karpe and would recommend them to all our friends and family looking for a new home. Thea is very unprofessional and does not care about her tenants. They made us wait months to have things fixed in the house that was not our fault and some things were never fixed in the two years of living there. We always paid our rent on time and had so many issues with Karpe. When we moved out the company took out whole security deposit to fix things that were broke or messed up prior to us moving in. We had to file a dispute and even then we didn’t even get a third of it back. I would not recommend renting from Karpe. Save your time, money and patience and go with another company.

Constantly receiving attitude from Stephanie Salazar when they got caught double dipping into our account on rent. They aren't willing to explain a problem or elaborate on the solution. They seem to want to fly under the radar and collect building owners' monies for a job not well done.

Excellent, excellent company. As a tenant, they've treated me very well. I've never had the same level of service with any other company. Repairs are quick, complaints are listened to and resolved, the staff is prompt and courteous. Also, paying rent online, awesome. If you're looking for a place to rent, check out Karpe.

My car windows were broken while parked in the street in front of the home we are renting since the house has no garage. I offered to share the cost of installing a sliding gate in the back yard so I can park safely inside the property. Stephanie expressed no sympathy and said the owner wasn’t interested in spending any money on this request. I have a 3-yr old daughter and our safety was of no concern. The sprinklers don’t work so I told Stephanie I shut them off because they’re wasting water. Stephanie had the gardeners turn the sprinklers back on and apparently they ran for over 4-hrs. My water bill went from $66 down to $23 when I shut them off. Then she asked me if the sprinkler timer was in the garage so the gardeners can inspect it. I had to laugh, she knows nothing about this property. They don’t care about their tenants, find a place with a heart.
