WOW! Karen and the whole Burkardt Group went way above and beyond for us. Our house sold in 1 day. The minute we met with Karen, we knew we would be in good hands. No surprises, no delays and no anxiety. We closed early, and the funds were in our account within minutes of deed recording. Talk about smooth transaction. There are lots of Realtors out there.
