Kami is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the buying process. For the older 60’s house we purchased, she did an amazing job for us making sure not to let us overlook any details that might com into play with inspection. Pointed out lots of stuff that had potential issues and had great suggestions on how to get them repaired. Even had teams out there within days getting us estimates that we could include as contingencies in our offer letter. Without Kami’s help, we wouldn’t have known where to even start, so she was instrumental in the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer her again, and in fact have done so many times since.

Trying to buy a house in Portland while living in California was intimidating at first but Kami and her team made the process so smooth!
