Would not advise buying a home here. Recently purchased a home and it had a major plumbing issue. It's been a nightmare trying to get this issue repaired. We've been ignored by the representative named "Angel". Every time we try and contact someone they just say, "we'll get back with you" and then we never hear back. We've had an entire room in our house that we have not been able to use for going on 3 weeks now. This is a very important room, as I work from home. They do not seem to be on our side at all. BE AWARE after purchasing a home you'll be on your own.

**Update, still no solution, still can't use an entire room. New issue is the oven range vent bangs VERY LOUDLY, repeatedly, when it rains outside. Won't let you sleep or enjoy your house. Drives you crazy just being in your house when it's raining. Guess what? I was told nothing can be done about it. Have to just shut up and deal with it. INSANITY.
This is such poor customer service for one of the biggest purchases you may ever make (house). Terrible. Seriously think twice before buying here. It's all smoke and mirrors until the purchase goes through. Pure exploitation. I regret purchasing a home with them.
