Beautiful homes in Warren and Peggy is an amazing sales manager. Loved the layout of 2 bedroom. Personally loved the spacious 3 bed

Tons of customization available .

Pros: brand new construction, excellent school district, 20 mins to Newark or whippany and 12 mins to summit and short hills mall. Overall a good purchase

Cons: price point is on higher side and ultra you will get the best Khovnanian build . No direct train lines. But very soon box car buses will be coming here.

Very poor sales team , very poor quality of construction and very poor response . I’m Single word. Worst . Almost everyone saying this . I never suggest to anyone . Don’t waste your money . We are struggling already (almost 40-50 houses )
