As both a buyer and a seller, I have worked with many real estate agents over the past 50 years, but Julianne is the shining star. She somehow combines professionalism with the personal touch that puts her clients at ease with the process. She is knowledgable about the law, the local market, and resources that can facilitate the transacton from start to finish. She seems to know everyone and can make recommendations or referrals for most services desired. Since I was out of town, she even continued to help out (with fumigation, SoCal Gas, etc.) after the closing. Never pushy and always willing to go above and beyond, Julianne is truly the best of the best.

Julianne was above and beyond what we expected. We have bought several properties and she bent over backwards for us like no one else. She made the entire process as smooth as possible and did a ton of work even after the property closed. I never imagined anyone would help us as much as Julianne. I would definitely use Julianne again and more than highly recommend her. She was a dream to work with!
