I can’t say enough wonderful things about Judy. Working with Judy was easily one of the best parts about buying my condo (first of course being buying the condo). I’m so lucky that I randomly found Judy on my home search on Zillow. Before I met her I was working with a few agents who were showing me properties, but they weren’t helping me with the process. When I met Judy she told me the benefit of working with one agent and didn’t push me to work with her. She allowed me to come to the decision of working with her on my own and I didn’t regret it.

We began our search about 6 months into the pandemic. The real estate market in the NYC area is always wild, and things were even more chaotic as the pandemic swirled around us. One of our favorite things about working with Judy was her consistently positive attitude. As first-time home buyers, Judy was able to keep our spirits up while also helping to maintain a realistic outlook. After our initial phone call (we were referred by a friend), we spent an afternoon looking at different properties that spanned the range from move-in ready to a time warp from the 1960s that needed some serious TLC. Judy quickly dialed in on our preferences which made looking at subsequent properties a breeze. While we occasionally ran into situations where homes went off the market before we had a chance to see them, Judy was able to make the most of our trek from Queens so that we could stop by other nearby homes on the fly. In a white-hot market, we knew we would have to act fast when we found a winner, and sure enough we eventually did! Judy’s counsel was invaluable as we worked our way through the initial offer, counter offer, attorney review, all the way to closing day. While she is obviously a polished professional, in our experience working with Judy felt like catching up with an old friend. She has no hidden agenda and empowered us to make our own decisions. Judy’s rolodex is also a huge plus; she has contact info for plenty of mortgage brokers, lawyers, and home inspectors. Buying a home is a stressful process, but Judy was always there to field questions and provide the occasional pep talk. If we ever are in the market again, Judy will be our first phone call. We can’t recommend her enough!!
