Let say I really love it here. It's so peaceful and quiet. And I truly feel safe here. The neighbors and children are friendly. The homes are so beautiful. This is one community i won't be moving from. ?The property manager Jennifer is a very caring and thoughtful person. She makes sure whatever needs to be done to your home she makes sure it's done. Thank you Jennifer for being a wonderful property manager. Only thing I can say is the rent gone up $1000 plus. But now it includes the water. Our old property manager is gone and management company. Some things wasn't done right so the owners got a new company.
Well we have a new management company and they are pretty nice. Our new property manager Alicia is really good. She gets stuff done and she gets your paperwork done also. She doesn't have a attitude and she is really nice. I'm glad she is here. Welcome Alicia to Jubilee Town. Well for the past couple of months we haven't had a property manager. So I'm a little disappointed.

The lady is rude and nasty. ? she love to lie and not professional at all it's almost been a year and when it time for us to move in now she can’t find nobody to paint or her carpets is in back order the carpet been in back order for 4 months. she say we harassing her but she the one who say called next month and see how far we got. They might like nice but you will never get in there so just keep your $50 in you pocket I believe that where they getting they money from the Applications fee.

Jennifer is the WORST land lord I’ve had. My smoke alarm has been beeping none stop for 4 months now and she will not fix it. My sink disposal has been clogged for going on two weeks and she won’t fix it. I can’t wash dishes or cook with no sink. The dishwasher also does not work properly because the sink is drained. Jennifer ignores calls and when she finally answers she will say she will fix it but it doesn’t get fixed. Jennifer also seems to have blocked my number or changed her number so that i can no longer get in touch with her. She refuses to do her job and she’s always in auburn anytime we need her.

Well Jennifer is gone and prior to her leaving this property has turned into a circus. We had a new property manager come in, Alicia. She started off great until she began to show favoritism, lied when attempting to make arrangements, became unprofessional, and never put in my work orders: My garage still doesn't work properly, there is still a hole in my garage ceiling where mold was removed back in the beginning of 2022, there is an electrical issue with my breaker box since last year, the light fixtures will not work with new light bulbs in the main and master bathrooms, pest control has not been to my apartment in 3 months, air filter has not been changed in over a year, my light bulb in my ceiling fam has still not been changed, and there is a leak through my windows in my living room. And now, after 4 months of being here Alicia has left. Nothing has been worked on, communication has been horrible, and the last interaction I had with Alicia was very unprofessional, filled with lies, and plain out rude. I hope this property gets better with their property managers because despite all of the issues I would love to continue to stay here if things can be fixed and communication is not filled with lies.

Jennifer is AMAZING! I was waitlisted when I first applied. She communicated very well with me throughout the entire waitlist process and was very thorough with following up if any additional information was needed from me. I was not on the waitlist for long (maybe two full months at the most) and the move in process was very professional and seamless. I've been staying here for a year now and the environment is clean, well kept, and family oriented. Jennifer finds multiple ways to bring the community together through events held at the community center such as game night, yoga, walking, and holiday themed luncheons/dinners. The playground and splash pad are clean and in great condition; one of the things my kids enjoy the most. Maintenance goes above and beyond to get the issue fixed in a timely manner, and is always professional whenever there is an interaction. Some of the neighbors are really nice, others not so much but hey that's life. I work from home, so to escape my work environment, the clubhouse is my number one place to just go and catch a breather in a relaxing environment! Jennifer brings a lot to this property and its my impression that she always has the residents best interests at heart. She's great with communicating; we get a newsletter ever month informing of us of any upcoming events, pest control days, and she'll even include some recipes that will tie into the current season. I truly enjoy my experience living in Jubilee; a HUGE part of that is because of Jennifer and the good neighbors who I've met and grown to love. The owners have made several changes to costs which included an increase in rent and water. Again, this was a decision made by the OWNERS! I think some people tend to forget that the property manager only enforces what the owners put in place.

One word...INCOMPETENT... I was told so many lies (by Jennifer) about the waiting list, 6 to 8 month is what I was told today, after I put in an application, before I was told there would be something available at the end of the year. I applied based on false information and now I was just told that the rent has now been increased, so ask, and then ask again, because depending on what day it is, you may get a different answer. This place may very well be in a nice neighborhood but from what I can tell the management changed and these people need to be held legally accountable for the misinformation that has been given out and then change once you've paid for your application fee. If you are sending in paperwork to be placed on the waiting list, triple check that they have everything that is needed because they will tell you they have everything, and you call to be sure and you’re told info is indeed missing or needed, to complete the application process. By the time you call and figure this out, 20 more people would have been added to the waiting list ahead of you because they are too lazy to call you back to tell you that you are missing info. These people will play the blame game of being overworked but should consider finding other employment if they can’t not do their jobs. Oh and my favorite is having to sign paperwork stating that I was not married, so that must be new, or at least new to me. So good luck! I personally would not waste my time.

The rent goes up $5 every year and the water is over $100 a month. The manager (Ellen Bean) is rude, disrespectful and chooses who she likes and who she doesn't like. Ultimately that determines if you have a good experience living in Jubilee or not. This is a beautiful place, but not for the price of horrible management. I absolutely 100% do NOT recommend this place!

They don't fix anything. Have had no maintenance people at all in several months. And the ones they did have were poor and botched things!
The playground has had a slide that has not been put together in over a year!

So she took my application FEES, but then stopped answering my calls. Even though she said keep your application updated. I go in the other day it's another lady. She says well I'm sorry we have a new system. How did I go from the top of the wait list to off.
