I don't know maybe its due to me being on a housing voucher , because from my experience Tony is definitely an incompetent landlord. Like where do I begin...I've lived at one of their properties for well over a year now. Several times I asked for my mailbox key, never received it. Recently I went thru a brutal case of domestic violence, my case manager requested for them to change my locks , as I was in fear for my life and safety, the request was pretty much ignored, I believe Phyllis took the message but no one ever came out to change the locks ,so I did it myself. Then because my window to my bedroom had also been broken n I was just gonna fix that myself as well, but under my rental agreement just like their supposed to change my locks within 24hrs after a situation such as domestic violence we requested for my window to be fixed, well days after that request Tony comes n sneaks a 60 days notice on my door , I tried to catch him before he got into his car to speak.with but he hurriedly drove off. Never even glance at my window so now its two weeks later since that request and my window still isn't fixed. I'm confused like okay because you gave me a 60 days notice with no explanation as to why right after the request about my window , I suppose the reason for the notice is due to me requesting my window to be fixed. On top of that my heater and doorbell don't work. There's garages on the property yet none of the actual tenants have access to them. I requested to rent one when I first moved in , unfortunately those aren't available for the tenants to rent ,all 3 of them are rented by people not living on this property. Access to the garbage cans in the back of the building are set up where I have to damn near climb a gate just to dispose of my trash.

So at this point I'd give no stars if possible. I'm currently renting from JTM n I'm living in uninhabitable conditions. I previously thought Tony n I had gained a understanding, I was wrong. I feel like prehaps in being discriminated against due to me being on section 8 and a victim of domestic violence. Tony had attempted to evict me earlier this month due to me being a victim of domestic violence and window being broken and requesting it be fixed I ended up fixing the window myself . He canceled the 60days notice.. Then on the 4th of june 4 days after i would of been moved out had his request for me to do so had been valid, I received a shut off notice from the gas company which I made Tony aware of he would take care of it now I'm going on day 7 with no gas I recently had my 43rd birthday I wasn't able to shower or cook for it I've been on the phone trying to get this settled only for him to continue to give me the runaround saying that the Housing Authority was responsible for it although me and my case manager have both sent him documentation that says that the owner is responsible for my gas that they have been paying since 2022 and still no gas no hot water and he still hasn't reimbursed me for the windows that fixed that the Housing Authority stated during the inspection the walkthrough they did this month that was his responsibility I am so totally fed up with this company and Tony and his incompetentancet I actually failed the inspection and I have to wait for them to come back again next month because of Tony not having everything fixed it he was supposed to have fixed besides he window that I fixed and paid for out of my pocket myself.

In the past I have always dreaded moving. It can be extremely stressful and overwhelming trying to figure out all the different applications and what documents are required. I am very grateful that my experience with JTS property management has been nothing but positive and supportive.

The team at JTS property management were all so helpful when it came to applying for one of their properties. I could tell right away that they were genuine when it came to helping us navigate this stressful time. I've had poor experiences in the past when it comes to communication with the property management and it only further reassured me that i made the right choice.

Our property manager Sabrina Marques has gone above and beyond any expectations that i previously had for property managers. From the beginning she worked with my schedule and helped me view the property prior to moving in, even with my availability being so slim. She knew i was limited on time and was at the property upon my arrival and I even got there a couple of minutes early!

It's a breath of fresh air to have a property manager who is reliable, organized, and personable. I know if we need any assistance with the property that Sabrina will be on top of it and make sure that the issue is resolved swiftly.

My experiences with JTS property management have been nothing but pleasant and i look forward to being a tenant of theirs knowing we're in good hands! Without a doubt going to recommend them to anyone and everyone i know who is looking to move. Thank you JTS property management and thank you Sabrina Marques for all that you do!

Jtm property management at 408 Termino ave. Long Beach, 90814, was one of the best and professional management's in long beach. They were very good to me and treated me very well. I would not hesitate renting from them again or recommending them to anyone who needs an apt. They basically upgraded an apt. For me to make me feel very comfortable. Tony and his father were kind and fantastic.
