Joy Sullivan Realty knows real estate. We worked with Joy the owner. Joy sat with us for two hours asking and answering questions, listened to what we wanted and didn't want in an investment/vacation home as an investment. Joy knew what was on the market, the best areas for what we wanted in an investment property, and advise us on details to discuss with our accountant. Things we had never thought of. She knows her real estate. We also want to comment on her staff and agents. We may not have worked with her agents we met, but they were very polite. Her assistant was up to date at all times with the progress on our deal.
