If you are selling or buying a home, just call Josh Barker. They have the most current info on all homes in the county, they sell more homes than any other realtor. The staff is amazing, well versed in the processes. They offer literally “concierge “ service. And, they don’t give up. Derek was great. He handled everything start to finish and communicated with us throughout the process.
