Patient , Professional, and Personable are the words I would choose to describe Joe. As a first-time home buyer in in one hell of a market. Joe guided me through every step of the way with a level of care, expertise, and candor that I was absolutely blown away by. I had tried other realtors in past in my home buying journey but none of them compared to Joe. Look no further: You have found the best realtor in the business. Joe navigated me through an incredibly difficult situation with my home. We got 50k over asking with his expertise and knowledge of the market. He has helped numerous friends and family members of mine, before and after the deal was done. He was at my stepfathers bedside before he passed away, and attended his funeral. No other realtor is this kind. He was always available to answer questions and any concerns I had. Joe was the realtor when I was helping my mom search for a home. I have dealt with many realtors, but none like Joe. Joe is the best realtor around! We were apprehensive to enter the market at a crazy time, but with his help we found our perfect home and love living here.
