We just closed on our home and I have to say that Shelby Hixon and the Joseph Carter team did an amazing job. Smooth process, Attention to detail, This is the second home. We've sold through Joseph Carter reality. Shelby is the Queen of Smith lake, unless someone else is already claiming that title.

The owner and employees of this company feel entitled to make other peoples lives miserable. I was exiting Johnny Brusco’s back door there was a man leaning on the door outside smoking a cigarette. I mean his back full on the door. I couldn’t open the door. I finally got his attention to move. Then of course I had to walk past his cigarette smell. Alabama law says, Smoking is prohibited within a reasonable distance of 15 feet outside entrances.

This was around lunch time. Then at dinner time this same man was next to the Aveanna Hospice door smoking. He was wearing a Joseph Carter hat and t-shirt. Again, I had to walk past him.

This company also regularly parks their vehicle’s in the two curbside pick up spaces for Johnny Brusco’s. Yes, it is their truck #JCRE, personalize Realtor tag. This makes it inconvenient for the customers that frequent this business for take-out.

If this was a one time thing I wouldn’t not be posting here. This is happening regularly. This company has no consideration for anyone but themselves. I don't recommend doing business them.

Amazing experience! Zach Thames (realtor) spent months looking at houses with us and never made us feel like a burden. He finally found our dream home recently and we are so happy with the entire experience. Joey helped explain everything in the easiest terms and Jacob Kilgore (realtor) helped on the seller side of things to negotiate terms and conditions. Would recommend 10/10 to these guys!!
