We were looking to sell our house and buy a new house but put it off for a while because the market seemed so crazy. When we got in touch with Jon and told him our real estate goals, he gave us an entire thought out plan on what to do to put ourselves in the best position during this market. He really made the entire process so easy and seamless. He provided so many extra services to us to help us better market our house and book more showings, such as drone footage, high quality photography, a staging consultation, social media ads, custom website, and more. We ended up with 72 showings and 12 offers, with the majority of those offers coming well above listing price (this is pretty impressive cause my house ain't even that nice).

We had a lot of worries about finding a house in this market, with so little out there and the majority of the houses being overbid on. I think a big reason we got an offer accepted on the house we bought is cause of Jon's ability to negotiate (being a former lawyer definitely showed in his skills) and sell why the seller's should choose our offer over all the others. He actually got them to accept our offer over another offer that was higher! Jon also has a great team he surrounds himself with, and him and his team helped us close in 16 days.

We have heard so many stories of how tough the market is right now, but Jon really made it seem like selling and buying a home is incredibly easy. This experience working with Jon far exceeds any realtor I have worked with in the past.

We began the process with Jonathan last November, we were looking to buy a home. We found what we thought was our perfect home. However, it was not be, builder did not disclose some vital information to us. Jonathon was able to help us get our deposit back and we could resume the search for another place.
