I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service my family received from our Realtor John Yablonski calls for an exception. John put quality over quantity when it came to helping my family and I secure a home. What I mean by quality is we were not just a “number” to him, he genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize himself with what we were comfortable with when purchasing a home. John was 100% professional at all times, patient with our asks, responsive, consistent and knew when to be aggressive in order to secure our best interest! He has gone over and beyond what we could expect. When we couldn't see a home right away, John would be at the house on day 1 and share videos of the home to ensure we don't lose out on any opportunity. Since closing, John has regularly checked in with us. He has also provided access to his network of local contractors/vendors to help us "out of towners" get projects completed. We greatly appreciate everything he did for us and continues to do! Thank you John!
