I was introduced to the Sanderson Real Estate Team via a third party. It was actually a "friend of a friend" that made the introduction. I spoke with John Sanderson, the principle, on the phone and decided to work with his group. I live 2000 miles from the site of the transaction. I did not meet them face-to-face.

Team Sanderson was efficient, communicative and went the extra mile to get things done. The buyer was demanding. Demanding in a professional way, not in a difficult way. Team Sanderson, especially Anne Burke, my primary contact, handled every inquiry and hick-up cheerfully, professionally and creatively.

The most amazing example is the "tale of the construction material". The neighbor had a pile of construction material that was spilling over on to the property being sold. Obviously, the buyer wanted this problem solved. Attempts to contact the neighbor went unanswered. One morning, Ms. Burke and a friend, went to the property, moved the construction material off the property by hand...then went to Starbucks for their morning coffee. I repeat...they did this by hand one morning so to meet the offer deadline on time.

If that isn't dedicated service...I don't know what is. In short. I would use Sanderson Real Estate again in a heartbeat. You should too!

We were referred to John for a complex transaction we wanted to do, which required subdividing our property into three pieces to maximize its market value. We worked very closely for almost a year, plodding through the process with the county and laying the groundwork for the sale of the multiple parts. The transactions were a smashing success -- and all in one of the most difficult mountain real estate markets in more than a decade. John knew his stuff and on those occasions when he didn't, he knew who to ask. He's connected and committed and steady and responsive. In the end -- and I know this sounds like fantasy, but I assure you it's accurate -- we got about 50% more for the properties divided up than we would have if we had sold it altogether. So, so, so worth the time and effort - and it's hard for me to picture other mountain realtors putting in the same level of time and effort for a slower but much more remunerative transaction.
