But John provides every resource (utilities, snow removal, insurance recommendations, and other critical tidbits) to make the transition smooth. And the most amazing part has been John’s continued helpfulness after the sale. I have asked John over 10 times for special assistance while I was away. Every request is replied with a “yes, happy to help” response (and within minutes). He’s so good my daughters call him “King”. When was the last time you referred to your realtor as King? Crazy yes, but he’s that good.
