Would not recommend. I contacted John in October regarding a survey and he seemed to be legitimate. He told me it would be a month before he could get to me and I was willing to wait due to the rate that he quoted me. It was more than reasonable as I am in the lower income bracket. Once that month rolled around, EVERY DAY he put me off to the next day. This went on for several days and the day he was supposedly going to be able to get to me, afternoon rolled around and he had his wife call to tell me he wouldn’t make it that day. The next day I heard from John and at that time he requested significantly more money than what was initially quoted because “he had to drive all the way there” which is 45 miles at most. I realized what was happening at this point. I told him I no longer request his services. I spent lots of time waiting for him only to be taken for a ride at the end. Fortunately I had not sent him any money prior to him actually doing the survey. He was always “working on it at home”. Good luck if you decide to go with John Brandon.

When I called, I spoke directly to John who took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone and quoted a reasonable price. We decided right away to go with John A. Brandon. John and his team arrived on schedule and always took the time to address any of my concerns. Even though we were just a small project when compared to bigger paying jobs, John and his team gave us top notch professional service. Thanks guys!
