Joe Thomas is an excellent RE Agent. He set up an aggressive marketing plan for us and went above and beyond to ensure that our home sold in as timely a manner as possible (during the highpoint of the covid-19 pandemic). Unexpectedly, our home fell out of escrow with the first buyer, but Joe had it sold again the following day. He monitored the progress of our home as it progressed through the escrow process and attempted to proactively prevent problems. However, problems inevitably arise, and when they did, Mr. Thomas immediately took steps to steer things back on track. Joe Thomas is a personable, dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional Real Estate Agent who is very familiar with the area, the market, and possesses a unique ability to work well all concerned parties. I will use him again for my future real estate needs and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a solidly professional real estate agent.

I've worked with Joe for quite a while now. I invest in land in the High Desert and have lost track of the number of transactions I have completed with Joe's help. I have bought land in 13 different states and worked with countless agents and suffice to say that agents who understand land are hard to come by. Joe's experience, wisdom, and service are unmatched and you'd be making a potentially expensive mistake trusting your land acquisition or selling to anyone else. Acquiring or selling land is a niche that very few agents understand, and Joe really gets it and make my life easy in the process. Looking forward to many more transactions Joe!

Joe Thomas referred a bad clean-up contractor who took or stole items they were not supposed to... both he and the contractors except no responsibility for the missing items or return phone calls .. very bad poor customer service .. if he can't accept pesponciblilty for the contractor's he refers to others, then he doesn't seem responsible to represent someone's house
