Hopeless realtor ever we had experience. Never reply any phone inquiry as well as text. Seems like they don't even bother to take a look email. Very poor knowledge of real estate and communication skill with seller. Never come in trap of this kind of realtor. Once you sign your contract for selling you stuck for minimum 3 months. All agent are showing super busy but in fact they are free completely. Before make a contract they are available for your time, after you have to be available for their time. Super hopeless!!!!
Don't have any marketing skill and spend even penny for taking photos and video, even one dollar balloon for open house.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Any Reynoso. I had listed with another agent who was supposed to be the biggest in NJ. However I only saw him once through the entire sale, he was useless. Any was the agent who actually sold my home. She was professional as well as personable. She treats all her clients as friends and goes above and beyond to help you sell your home, as well as making the buyer extremely happy and comfortable. Working with her was such a pleasant experience. I was so impressed with her professionalism that I have highly recommended her to family & friends. She recently sold my friend’s condo as well and my friend was so thankful that I introduced her to Any. You will not be disappointed if you work with her to sell your home or to buy your dream home. I hope JJ Elek knows what a gem they have in Any. She even helped me carry my last bit of belongings from my home when I left Woodbridge after 26 years. If I could give a zero I would!!!!! I just had an agent Sonali come to my house she did not knock on the door she actually walked through my front door and approached my mother-in-law and insisted she wait at the house until the owner comes home ...she was extremely pushy and rude she entered without knocking she also trespassed she is from JJ elek. And devizio home alliance. I made a complaint to JJ elek office they advised me she was "a new employee" but is a top agent on Zillow. I didn't know top agent's on Zillow were new employees sounds scammish to me. And even if I wanted to sell my house. It wouldn't be through this company after having an uncomfortable experience. As I see other reviews looks like JJ elek and his team conduct bad business

We closed on our house on June 24th 2024 with Ruben Rodriguez. We were on a short and tight schedule, only being able to look at houses for a few days before going back to Hawaii due to Military reasoning. Our original realtor with a different firm wasn’t responding quickly and had to delay seeing homes another day, despite being in NJ for a short period. We ended up going to JJ ELEK and Ruben was ready to work and find us something we would eventually call home.
