I feel like I got scammed. I submitted my application and paid my $50 and got immediately denied saying I don’t meet the income requirements. When I make more than enough. I currently pay a rent of $950 how is that I can’t afford $895. I submitted my earning statements from all my sources of income and was told that they couldn’t be verified. It’s clearly written in black and white. Seems like they only want certain people to live in there properties. That’s probably why they’ve been empty for months.

Pam was polite and understanding working with us. We were really blessed having her answer all of our questions. Other property management companies have high requirements like 3X rent per person. We actually didn’t think we would qualify to lease the house we wanted to lease. We were really in need of moving to another home due to a domestic situation where we had been living. I’d be really w want Pam to help us if we needed to lease again.

Maintenance reached out via text following up on a month long maintenance request. Boiled down to the maintenance supervisor, Loa scheduling an appointment with me for last Friday at 1 pm. I took off of work and he NEVER showed up, never called that day to reschedule. Nothing. When I called to get more information the following Monday, Loa proceeded to try to retaliate with maintenance fees over the phone and wouldn’t let me speak to his manager, solely due to his failure of showing up for a scheduled appointment. Mind you, even if you miss a scheduled inspection they will charge you! The level of customer service on Loa’s end is poor. As well as property management lately. We are paying customers. And the reason you as an employee have an income. You should treat your customers better especially as the market is not in the proper condition to treat us so terribly.

Annie fisher at JWC property management has been amazing to my wife and I! She has been so helpful and walked us through all the steps we needed for our new home! She also had excellent communication skills and was very consistent with us! Any questions we needed she did not hesitate to respond back instantly. Your regret means absolutely nothing. It is unprofessional and disgraceful that your team lists a property for sale without doing anything to get it ready for showing. You didn't even hire a professional cleaning company or verify that the work was completed. For 7 months no one showing the house noticed that the house was filthy Then you take no responsibility for the negligence and lack of professionalism.

I would not under any circumstance recommend using JWC as a rental company, property management company or broker to sell your property!

When I was a renter, they found every reason to charge me on move out. Even though the apartment was cleaned, they charged for “light clean” because they found dust on the ceiling fan and dirt behind the stove.

Fast forward 10 years, I hired them to manage my property, hoping they would show the same level of care. 3 years after renting, I asked them to list the property. After 7 MONTHS of absolutely no legitimate offers from anyone who toured the property, I asked for the keys back only to find the house with dirty walls and appliances and in need of repairs.

For 7 months they listed the house and showed it with rust in the toilet bowls, stinking fridge, and every wall in need of paint. Then had the nerve to tell me that I am the owner so I need to take care of it.

If you want a company to manage your property as if it was their own, I would not recommend JWC.
