I absolutely love how their salesmen do not pressure you to buy a car. I have gone a few times to look at models to see what I liked before making a decision on buying a particular model. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve told the salesmen why I’m there and I wasn’t interested in buying at that time. They all have been understanding and very helpful with answering our questions we have had. Jim Burke had a color of a car I wanted to see in person because it was hard to see the actual color online. I told the salesman I wasn’t interested in buying that day. He was again very understanding and helped me be able to see the car that was actually at their other lot. I saw the car I wanted to. I test drove it and ended up buying the car the next day. Jim Burke and their salesmen made my car buying experience amazing. No hassle no stress and in today’s world that’s a rarity. I also highly recommend their service department. Years ago we had to take our f350 dually to them. Not only did they fix the problem they did it in the time frame they gave us. When it’s time to look for another car I will be calling Jim Burke again!!

The sales person, Nik, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought, answered all my questions and told me about potential incentives. He stayed in touch with me throughout the buying process by letting me know when my vehicle would arrive from the factory and called me as soon as it arrived. The sale of my 2013 Ford Escape to the dealer was so easy as well. It was an all around great experience. I love my new 2024 Bronco Heritage! Thank you Jim Burke Ford.

I bring my Mach - E Gt to Jim Burk Ford for the reason that the car accelerates on its own in different times which I believe that it’s really important because this situation could be a deadly accident, when I report that to the advisor he said that they will check the car and report, well at the time that i call to see what they been doing because at the beginning I asked for an ETA they don’t know how long this will take them, what i just said I just want to know because if this will take so long i want a car loaner that is included on my insurance, because from the beginning they not even offered to me, but well.. later on they called and told me that my battery was running low and they would not fix it until i give them an authorization to replace it and obviously charge me almost $300 for that, but my battery was in perfect condition, no light on or advised for any problem on the battery, so I said that’s not make any sense and they didn’t fix it and just released my vehicle, with no care about if something happened with the problem of involuntarily acceleration, by the way, i had a recalls on battery management, wires and connectivity, so at the end they don’t care the costumer, they just want the money

I got the car I wanted and the finance guy that finished our loan stuff did a great job best part of this experience. I came in because I like face to face purchasing and not online. When I came in the dealer acted friendly but as the day went on he didn’t seem like he knew anything about his job he kept using to old line of I need to speak with the manager. Upped the interest rate and when I called him out on it played it off by “calling the manager”. This behavior continued, it was like he was using all the classic greasy dealership tactics. Made me feel like I was being hustled the whole time, but don’t worry him burk he did it with a smile on his face. It wasn’t until I started playing hard to get that he stopped and started honoring the original deal and it took me leaving the lot to do it. I shouldn’t have to strategize my buying experience. If you guys can’t operate without doing steady business then you shouldn’t be in that line of work. By the time I got back to the lot he finally too the extra 2k he added on. Gave me. Military discount and dropped the interest. But you can tell that ge was mad the rest of the time. The only reason it’s two stars instead of one was because the finance guy was approachable, friendly, made funny jokes, and actually treated me like a person not another deal.
