Pros: I like my apartment. The rent is reasonable. The location is great as it is pretty much central to everything. Aside from holidays, the trash gets picked up daily. It's pretty quiet for the most part. I've never had noise from neighbors loud enough were I felt the need to complain.

Cons: The staff is a hit & miss on how helpful they are. It's a whole new management team from when I first moved in, and I was more satisfied with the previous one. Maintenance has been the worst experience. It takes them longer to come fix things and when they do, they want to come into the apartment at the last minute and possibly without notice. They have had to do work in my apartment twice. Both times, they had to move my furniture and some personal items. This is understandable, but they made no attempt to put them back and I returned home to my apartment in complete disarray. During one of these visits, a worker used my toilet, didn't flush, and left urine on the seat. I no longer permit access when I'm not able to be home and watch them.

Horrible Experience at Jewel on Landmark! Avoid at All Costs!

I regret ever moving into Jewel on Landmark—it’s the worst decision I’ve ever made. What should have been an A-class living experience is being run like a C or even D-class property, and I cannot stress how mismanaged this place is.

Where to begin? On move-in day, my apartment wasn’t even ready. I had to store my belongings in a vacant unit overnight and was promised it would be sorted the next day. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. The apartment was filthy—clearly never cleaned or inspected before handing over the keys. The property manager, Nancy, didn’t even bother walking the unit beforehand and then had the audacity to blame her staff rather than take any accountability.

Calling corporate was equally useless. The regional manager brushed it off, calling it a “lesson learned for both parties.” What?! How is it a “lesson” for me as a new tenant? I expected what was promised in my lease. She even said she’d call back—never did. No surprise there. The lack of customer service and escalation skills across the board is mind-boggling.

Let’s talk about the ongoing nightmare. Weeks after move-in, I’m still submitting maintenance requests. Plumbing issues galore—both sinks clogged, tub makes an ear-piercing noise when turned off. But good luck getting anything fixed; they have one maintenance tech for the entire property, so you’re left waiting weeks for even the most basic repairs.

This place is an absolute joke. The water leak in my first week alone should’ve been a red flag. Their response? A pathetic $500 concession after I’ve poured thousands into rent and fees. Insulting doesn’t even cover it.

To top it all off, the entire property is dirty and poorly maintained. It’s honestly ghetto here despite the high prices. If you value your sanity, your money, and a decent living environment, stay far, far away from Jewel on Landmark. This place is trash—believe me, you don’t want to end up stuck here.

Isaac is very well rounded worker he knows his stuff and is able to assist and provide answers to many questions about the property. Well done showing me and emailing me quickly before I made it to my vehicle for me to look forward in to 2 different options of living agreements

This is an amazing apartment complex, very clean and modern. I do not write review often but when I do it's because it is very deserved. Cassie is an amazing person and made me feel right at home. I'm so excited to say this is the only apartment complex you need to tour if looking in this area.

Phalyn was a great help from the moment my partner and I stepped on the property. She gave us a fantastic tour and didn’t just let us roam around clueless. She was great at showing us all the amenities and answering all our questions. When move in day was here, there were a couple things not quite right in our unit, but she made sure to get the things we requested completed. She’s been very helpful and we are very excited for our new home! (:

I moved into this apartment in April and everything has been great until this week. At 6:00 am Tuesday morning, the fire sprinkler busted and completely flooded my apartment. The maintenance team responded quickly but dealing with the management team has been a nightmare. It took until Friday for the on site management team to offer me a new unit and $250 for movers. I have been told my unit is habitable but also told it is too wet to start repairs. There are de-humidifiers and fans throughout my unit that I was told not to move. I have not been able to live in my apartment since the incident occurred and the management team says they are not willing to offer any rent forgiveness.

From the first time I walked in, I had a great feeling about this place.

The apartments are beautiful, very nicely appointed with good floor plans, well maintained and all of the hallways and common spaces smell amazing.

The amenities make you feel as if you want for nothing and the property is nice and quiet

Cassandra was very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable even though she was new to the property.

As soon as I saw the first unit I towed, I decided to sign on lease and I don’t regret it one bit. We smile big every time we come home and are very happy
