Life changing experience . Working with Jessica for over a year to find me and my three boys a proper home in the area, she went above and beyond finding us choices that fit my desired area, my price point and most of all finding me a lender that I'd be able to work with. I am a single mom to three boys with not a large amount of income so I was feeling a little defeated by this economy and housing epidemic then the last place we looked at before I completely gave up was the home we ended up securing. She found the best lender that ended up being able to get us a great and lower than average interest rate and with her awesome negotiation skills she got the home for less than asking and didn't make me jump through a million hoops. She stayed in constant contact with me and I feel like she truly invested in my families hopes and goals. Going through this emotional process with her has been the absolute best experience and I would suggest you reach out to her. She's not only my Agent but through this has become my friend and a part of our family! Warm, friendly, go getter professional...
My husband and I moved to SLO county as newlyweds not too long ago. We love this area and dreamed of owning our own home sooner than later. We were introduced to Jessica through acquaintances and she went to work right away recommending some lenders to us. We were thrilled to eventually be accepted for a loan as we weren't sure what that process would be like with the pandemic in the mix. The whole time we were in the process of looking for and buying a home, Jessica made herself easily accessible to us regarding any questions we had. Jessica really gave this project her all. I specifically requested someone who would be gentle and kind to my tenants (they were in mild shock that I wanted to sell the house) while at the same time very savvy about real estate and how best to market a house in SLO county and help me with all the preparations and considerations therein. I live and work f/t in Santa Barbara so I knew it was going to be quite a challenge to sell my house in Atascadero. Jessica was there for me, all the way, taking care of so many details, handling the tenants with skill and understanding, helping me make the right decisions. It really amazes me that, in looking back, I never once had to travel up to Atascadero. Without Jessica I honestly do not know how I would have accomplished such a project. Jessica has it all: real estate experience, people skills, tek skills, time management skills, good at assessing and focusing on what needs to be done each day, follow-through, and all with genuine caring so that everyone is happy.
