Jeff Bogaczyk made our house search a delightful experience-finding a vacation home where my 2 daughters and I can celebrate and grieve my husband who passed away pre-Covid 19. Jeff’s consistent professionalism is off the chart and ALWAYS personable. He made us feel we are important at all times. Four months later, we finally found our “special” home in memory of my husband (finance funded by his life insurance proceeds). The negotiation process was challenging which included several counter offers. No problem because Jeff used his negotiation mastery skills worked in our favor. Escrow documents were signed at 11:11 am and closed after 27 days. Jeff handed us the key that afternoon as we jumped for joy and celebrated a new beginning and a FOREVER FRIENDSHIP with Jeff and his wife, Julie.
