We recently sold our condo in Tahoe Donner, Janice was our listing agent and our experience with her was nothing short of amazing. Despite restrictions from COVID our listing received ample views and interest due to Janice's unique ability to create excellent photographs, an inviting virtual tour, TV commercials, local flyers and postings on multiple social sites all reaching potential buyers in target rich areas including the Bay Area. But her true value, experience and dedication shown through when we were within days of closing on the sale and the agent representing the buyer dropped an extensive and unexpected list of items that they wanted addressed. Janice's assistance was invaluable navigating this potential deal ending situation. She not only helped us address the contractual issues, counseling us on a sound approach to addressing each issue, but literally rolled up her sleeves and helped us satisfactorily achieve resolution to many of the items. I would say that without her help our deal would have fallen through. She greatly exceeded our expectations and previous experiences we have had with real estate transactions (this was our 7th).
