When moving to Birmingham, a dear friend shared a name of a local realtor that she knew would help us. Now known by our whole family as “Mrs. Janet”, she has been so much more than a realtor! She worked tirelessly to help find a home, taking videos when we couldn’t quickly make a drive, and doing multiple FaceTime walk throughs for us. Her knowledge of the area and of real estate in general is astounding! Mrs. Janet has since continued to treat our family like her own. We are so, so grateful for Mrs. Janet. Janet did an awesome job! The selling of my condo was one that definitely had some problems to work through from dealing with the HOA to having the original contract fall through due to financing issues. But Janet was there every step of the way and was able to get me a new contract in under 24 hours. She also did a great job of helping me get my place cleaned up and staged well to get top dollar. She took very good care of me and was always there to answer any questions as soon as I had them. Highly recommended!
