This company has been by far the most reliable and understanding rental company I've ever leased from. They communicate and respond quickly to any concerns, and they have incredibly affordable rent in the current market.

They purchased my property from a previous landlord, and within a year, the washer and dryer broke. We as tenants were suspecting that JAMM either wouldn't buy new machines or would at least buy coin-operated ones. Instead they bought free-to-use machines - and new machines, at that.

JAMM is exceptionally considerate, accommodating, and effective as a company. I would speak highly of them to anyone who might consider renting one of their properties. They're certainly an asset to the Cleveland-area community.
