Jamie was such a joy to work with-from start to finish and beyond! Our family reached out to her regarding a house she had listed. We didn’t have our own realtor at this point and were just in the preliminary process of window shopping. We had one phone call and we were SOLD! Keep in mind, this was before we even had a pre-approval! We were working with a lender that we had found on our own that was slightly less than helpful. Jamie referred us to someone she highly recommended. Reminding you, all of this time she was still sending us houses, showing us houses and really fine tuning our needs and wants. Our family has very specific and difficult needs and wants. We are multigenerational, with my mother in law living with us. We also have EIGHT kids who are heavily involved in 4H/livestock raising. Needless to say, Jamie had the feat of her entire life finding us a place to call home within our budget. We finally got our pre-approval, but the difficult task Jamie had at hand still wasn’t over! I became more than discouraged quite a few times. We looked at DOZENS of houses, none of them were a perfect fit. Even with me feeling defeated, Jamie never wavered. She was the guiding light we needed to continue moving forward! She never became discouraged. She never backed down from what seemed like the impossible hunt, even when colleagues reminded her that this seemed impossible. FINALLY, we found the perfect place to call home ❤️ but still Jamie didn’t stop there. She guided us through the process seamlessly with the most grace, even when I’m sure she was shaking her head at my endless amounts of questions. I would NEVER use anyone else to buy or sell a home. I would recommend Jamie over ANYONE when buying or selling a home! We couldn’t have made it through this process without her help, kindness, grace and determination! Jamie isn’t just a realtor, she became part of the family ❤️. She is a staple in the home buying journey—similar to sugar while baking a batch of grandmas cookies! We love Jamie and will forever be thankful for all of her hard work. Even our kids noticed how great she is, they want to invite her to dinner on a regular basis now!
