This was the first time we sold a home and we were unsure which realtor to work with. We interviewed four realtors/realtor teams, which included Jameson Junk. Another reason we chose to work with Jameson was he provided a type of concierge service that the other realtors were not offering. For example, during the interview, I continually heard phrases from the other realtors such as You’ll need to do this, or When you do this. Jameson’s dialog was, I’ll go ahead and do this, or I’ll handle this for you. Examples of this included ordering the carpet, and standing by at the home while the carpet was installed, and making sure the molding was just right. We handed the keys over to him and he handled the entire transaction. It was truly a pleasure to watch him work.
Finally, his marketing strategy was outstanding! We were very pleased with the multiple offers we received as a result of his marketing. We wholeheartedly recommend Jameson to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, dedicated, and sincere real estate broker. Jameson’s expertise, marketing strategy, and exceptional service made selling our home a very positive experience.

Jameson provided us with a detailed guide for preparing our house for the sale. He consulted us about how much we absolutely needed to get out of the sale. Looking at that and the market, he presented us with a price that was fair for the market and met our needs. We accepted an offer that was over our asking price and went intro an expedited escrow. He was knowledgeable, direct, and a pleasure to deal with.
