There are so many realtors clamoring for business these days it’s hard to know what you’re going to get. I could throw my name out into social media asking for a realtor referral and I bet 20+ people will push for my business. My girlfriend had asked a very close friend (retired realtor) about who is good, who can we trust, etc. We met James and gave him our whole layout about selling our current house and what we’re looking for in our future house. Everything was going at a normal pace for us as far as getting the old home ready for sale. We had one buyer back out and moved on to the backup offer which seemed fine at first… but then things got ugly. So much bad and non-communication from the buyer’s side that things kept getting dragged on for weeks. This is where James really showed his professionalism and hard work ethic. He kept us updated by the minute on dealing with the buyer’s agent and coordinators. At one point the buyers couldn’t get a hold of his own realtor and was talking to James directly! There were many moments that James had to get multiple people on a conference call just to get something simple done. I was very impressed that he did all this and could tell that he had people management skills learned from years of experience. This is not taught in a study book or realtor classes. James will do the footwork to get stuff done! Even though the selling experience got messy, what really shined was all the extra things James did that he did not have to do. He really kept everything on track. The new home purchase had its own headaches as well. I’ll spare you all the details but will advise that you make sure you find a good loan officer as well. Again, James did his due diligence to keep them on track and helped us get our dream home. Thank you my friend.

I can’t say enough good things about James Hill and his approach to the Real Estate business. My wife and I recently purchased a 2nd home for investment purposes outside of California and, based on James’ advice, we chose to go with a local realtor to represent us. Despite not having any financial interest in our pursuit of this investment, James spent significant time educating me on all of the important details to evaluate when purchasing a second home – especially one outside of California. To say, his knowledge of residential real estate is impressive is master piece of understatement. My next investment will be in the greater Sacramento area and I wouldn’t consider using anyone other than James because aside from demonstrating a high level of competence in this industry, I know he cares about his clients. That is something you simply can’t put a price on!
