He is very professional and knows the real estate business. He was there for us when some challenges became present with the sale of the house and was able to make things work out smoothly with the sale of the house. We are so grateful to have the opportunity to know James and have him as our realtor. I wish we could have him now as we are looking to purchase a house out of state. We would give James 10 stars if we could, but since we can't, my husband and I wrote separate reviews and we each gave him 5 stars as our way of being able to give him 10 stars.
